  • Projects - completed within a few months to a year or more.
  • Tasks - completed within a month or a few months..
  • Action Items - completed within a few days to a week or more.

Projects are typically somewhat long-term and take about a few months to a year or more to complete. Projects are divided into modules or Tasks that may take about a month or more to complete, depending on their complexity. Further, the tasks are divided into smaller work units on which an individual team member is working and needs to take action, delivering a quantifiable output within a few days or weeks. We call these Action Items.

Now, through this documentation, let's explore how all these gel together to help you plan, strategize, and work towards your project goals along with all the tools and resources you'll need for the successful delivery of a project.
